I am a member of the Tecumseh Gold commissioning crew and I just recently found this forum.
I was wondering just how many of us are left, does anyone have an idea.
I spent 20 years in the Submarine Force as a Nav ET. After I retired I lived in HI for a few years then got a job working in Europe on US government contract installations spent 15 years doing that, then came back stateside and currently work for HP in Colorado Springs, CO.

Al--Many of the Plank owners are still with us but as you would expect a good many are on eternal patrol. You might check with Barry Gran , a blue crew plankowner, who is on our facebook page. Dave Ross passed away a few years ago and one of my best friends, Chief Henry Espinosa a couple of years ago in Albuquerque. Glad you found us. jj

My Brother Mike Kent was a Plant Owner. Mike passed away in July 14, 2000. He was a great friend and brother. I was in high school and hichhiked up to Groton from Texas for the summer of 1963 and 1964. I worked at Ocean Beach there in New London. I went on a dependence cruise, so it was a great adventure for me. I meet a few of his buddies and they were good guys. Those were the days.
